The Program of Club IVERIA program is offered by the Casino Iveria (Tbilisi/Batumi), managed by the "Limoni 2009" Ltd

• Joining the club is free of charge.
• The age limit for membership - for Georgian citizens is 25 years or over, for any other citizens 18 years or over.
• The applicable identity document shall be necessary for membership and other operations.
• Members are obliged to inform Club IVERIA about any change in their personal data, including (but not limited to) any change to their names or addresses.
• One membership card of the Club IVERIA can be used by one (1) individual only.
• Program privileges are intended only for the members of Club IVERIA.
• Membership and privileges (including scores and additional privileges) are not subject to transfer to another individual.
• Membership privileges may vary depending on location (Tbilisi/Batumi).
• All privileges and benefits depend on availability.
• Program rules may be changed during special events or advertising campaigns.
• The Member is obliged to submit the club card of the Club IVERIA to the Dealer of the board games before the start of the game and/or properly insert the card in the slot machine card reader to confirm its validity during the game, to collect points, and get the privileges.
• Points can be accumulated in the facilities of the Casino Iveria (Tbilisi / Batumi) only on the slot machines and gaming tables where the appropriate system is installed.
• All the privileges (including the scores) are determined by the level of the game selected by the member. The level of the game is determined according to the machine and/or game type, category, average bet and duration of the game. The game's assessment calculation is determined at the discretion of the Casino Iveria (Tbilisi / Batumi).
• Membership privileges can be utilized in the facilities with the Club IVERIA’s Program.
• The Club IVERIA’s card is a property of the Casino Iveria (Tbilisi/Batumi) and should be returned immediately upon request.
• By participating in the Club IVERIA programme, the member agrees that Club IVERIA has the right to share the member's personal information with Silk Hospitality LLC for direct marketing purposes and to receive texts, voice and/or other types of communications (including by telephone, email or other means of communication) about products and services, best and special offers, news, promotions and other marketing activities of various facilities throughout the country (Georgia) included in the system of Silk Rewards.
• The member of Club IVERIA shall have the right to request the termination of the use of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
• Club IVERIA shall be obliged to stop processing data for direct marketing purposes and/or ensure the termination of data processing for direct marketing purposes by an authorised person no later than 10 working days after receipt of Club IVERIA member's request.
• The Club IVERIA will not be responsible for technical failures, missing, stolen, or misappropriated cards, scores, or any other similar cases.
• In case of loss or stolen card, you should immediately inform the Club IVERIA’s Registration Service.
• Management reserves the right to adjust the existing balances on the Club IVERIA’s account in case of malfunction of a machine or a card reader, computer or operating error and / or any fraud.
• Membership status is periodically revised; status and privileges can be changed at any time without notice.
• Persons who are enrolled in the "List of Unwanted Persons" (Tbilisi/Batumi) are not entitled to participate in this program.
• Membership is a privilege granted by the Casino IVERIA (Tbilisi / Batumi) and can be revoked at any time for any reason.
• Each member will receive a temporary PIN (password) at registration for a membership account and online access. Members are responsible for changing and keeping the information about their accounts.
• By participating in the Club IVERIA’s program, the member agrees that the Club IVERIA can maintain and process the personal information of the member in accordance with the Georgian legislation and conduct marketing activities.
• The Club IVERIA reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time without notice.
• The updated information will be posted on Club IVERIA’s website.
• By participating in the program of the Club IVERIA a member agrees with all the terms of the program.
